Verlin Group Ltd, 55/56 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3LJ ("Verlin", "we"), is responsible for your personal data. Contact: privacy@verlin.se.

When you register your interest or contact us: your name, email, phone number (optional), what draws you to Verlin, how you heard about us, and anything optional you add, such as where you are based, your main sport, your playing level and how you might use a club in Mérida. If you join, we also collect your profile details and payment confirmation from our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• To reply to you, consider your application and plan Society and the first club. This is in our legitimate interests.
• To provide your membership and take payment. This is needed to carry out our contract with you.
• To send you news and invitations, only if you opt in. You can withdraw this at any time.

Only the suppliers that run this website, store its data, send our emails and take payments. We do not sell your data. Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. When they do, we use safeguards that UK law accepts.

Only as long as needed for the reason we collected it, and for the periods the law requires for payment and tax records. We delete or anonymise enquiry details that do not lead to membership when they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, move it elsewhere, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@verlin.se. We aim to reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Verlin Society is for people aged 18 and over.

Our public pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own site. We use browser storage only where it is strictly needed to keep a signed-in account logged in.
